New "TANDEM" axles September 2009 |
|
![]() |
The wheels' pairs cover a bigger surface therefore the friction between the machine and the ground is reduced.
|
![]() |
This specific axle reduces a significant 50% of the sprayer's vertical movements on particularly bumpy grounds; oscillations and jolts are least thanks to the reduction of pressure on the machine itself and on the sprayhead too. This enables a higher progressing speed and a more homogeneous distribution indeed. |

Forced feeding
of
September
2008
On trailed and articulated sprayers equipped with the secondary pump (additional agitation pump) the hydraulic system has been modified by deriving the main pump delivery to the suction of secondary pump. In this way, the supply to the secondary pump is "forced" in any condition of employment, even extreme, for example with the sprayer on steep slopes and with the tank almost empty; this avoids that the pump runs dry with the danger that the mechanical seal will overheat damaging them beyond repair and impairing the pump. |

Check Valve (no
backflow)
September
2008
A check valve has been put in the main
pump suction on all trailed BLITZ and articulated LINK sprayers. When the operator stops the
sprayer, this check valve prevents the pump to empty out even if the sprayer is working on sloping
grounds or with the tank almost empty. In this way, when the operator
starts spraying again, the delivery is not interrupted and this check
valve avoids any damages to the mechanical seal which would compromise
the working of the pump. |

It is a unique system able to assure
that the amount of the delivered liters per hectar is kept constant |
|
|
The kit, available for trailed models, now equips the 3-point mounted sprayers, PLUS series, the most used in the hills, where the sloping variations do not allow to keep the progress speed constant. The computerized system E.P.A. keeps continuosly the SPEED and the PRESSURE under control. At each speed variation, the pressure is AUTOMATICALLY and continuosly changed, to guarantee that the fixed delivery value is always kept constant. The operator can not make mistakes, and ensuring delivery of the exact quantity of the product set. |

NEW SPRAYHEADS T.4M T.6M January 2004 CIMA., as always striving to satisfy the demands of the market, has created two new 4 and 6 hand distribution heads, adapted for use when the rows are particularly narrow ( less than 2 metres). Thanks to the possibility of using various distribution heads, the great versatility of our machinery assures maximum efficiency in the presence of different crops, geomorphological differences or the disposition of the plant. .:

WRAP-A-ROUND SPRAYHEADS January 2003 |
|
Conceived to be used in medium and large scale cultivations, the wrap-a-round sprayheads are characterized by a steel frame with a parallelogram structure, adjustable in height and in width. The hydraulically controlled movement is made by means of a 5 way control unit which allows the regulation of the height of work, the lift the opening and the closing independently from the external sections. Designed for use with trailed sprayers Blitz 50 and Blitz55, they can be equipped with a 6 hand distribution system with 3 lower nozzles and a 6 hand with two higher nozzles or otherwise with an 18 hand distribution system with 2 nozzles. In either case it is possible to control, independently, the delivery on the left and on the right side. .:

SPIDER SPRAYER November 2003 Spider sprayers ,model 50 and 55, have been especially designed to couple with the BRAUD-New Holland harvesting macchines. Positioned on the lower part of the carrying frame are the main tanks and the washing tank. On the rear part can be found the over gear group with the fan and the distribution spray heads. The frame is equipped at the back with pierced flange and at the front with an attack, one on either side for the fixing tie rods that allow to mount the SPIDER sprayer on the polyvalent BRAUD SB 33-35 and SB 53-55 harvesters. .:

NEW FAN SUPPORT, oil lubricated January 2002 On the whole range of their sprayers, CIMA have introduced a NEW fan support lubricated by oil bath to replace the preceeding one lubricated with grease. The new type of lubrification, together with the modifications made to the support, allow improved efficiency results and at the same time reduce maintenance interventions and assure better lubricating conditions. Moreover oil lubrification allows for a greater loss of the heat developped during operation, contributing to an increase in the life of the bearings of the fan, to more than 5000 working hours. |

TCI.2M4C
SPRAYHEAD
To guarantee an always improved efficiency of treatment with aimed, uniform, homogenous interventions even in the most difficult conditions the TCI.2M4C with hydraulic movement has been created. This type of distribution head, foreseen for all types of sprayer ( Plus, Blitz and Link) allows contemporary treatment on 2/4 rows, even with high vegetation and with space between rows up to 2.5 metres. The possibility of moving the sprayhead directly from the driver’s seat , opening and closing the side arms and directing the 4 upper cannons, facilitates entry and exiting from the rows and allows for altering the direction of the spray to suit all different types of plant treated. . |

LINK SPRAYER June 1999
Sensitive to the needs of
the market and pushed by the desire to meet all operational requests
from the sector, with their LINK articulated sprayer series (patent
pending), CIMA have brilliantly resolved the problems incurred when
carrying out antiparassitic treatments in particularly narrow or limited
spaces. The fan over-gear group mounted directly on the three points of
the hydraulic lift is connected to the trailer by a joint .The
possibility of altering the positioning of the artic.joint, when the
latter is equidistant from the rear axle of the tractor and from the
trailer’s axle, allows for the passage of the sprayer’s wheels exactly
where the tractor’s wheels pass.
