Dear Customer,
pursuant
to Article 13 of the 'Testo Unico sulla Privacy' 196/03 Legal Document, we would
like to inform you as follows:
1) Personal data provided to C.I.M.A S.p.A. when filling in the 'Information Form' will be processed respecting the regulations as well as the rules of privacy mentioned above.
2) According to the Law Article 4, Paragraph 1 – A, processing of personal data means “all sort of operations or set of operations, even if done with no electronic support, that relate the collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction of details, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, reporting, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not recorded in a database.” The processing of provided personal data is carried out by automated and non-automated instruments, via monitored access as specified in the Law by Clause B .
3) The data are processed for institutional purposes, connected or finalised to C.I.M.A. S.p.A. procedures such as filing, development and management.
4) Data are collected and recorded so that the access is only allowed to authorised persons and they may be processed exclusively within C.I.M.A. S.p.A. to the above purposes.
5) The collected data may be distributed or communicated to third parties only in case of completion of accounting compliances imposed by tax laws and further to possible demands from the judicial authority.
We also inform you that any interested party may profess the right as per the Law Article 7; by professing these rights, the interested party may delegate or give power of attorney , in writing, to persons or associations. C.I.M.A. S.p.A. is the authority in charge to carry out this processing, represented by in person by its lawyer.
The data processing is made by qualified tools which in order to guarantee the safety and privacy as specified in the Law by Clause B.
