The CIMA solution for fruit crop treatment

    Precision, uniformity and efficiency
    for every orchard!

When treating fruit crops, effectiveness does not simply depend on the quantity of product distributed, but on the ability to deliver it uniformly and precisely onto the vegetation.

CIMA develops dedicated pneumatic solutions for the treatment of tree crops, combining its experience in Low Volume Pneumatic technology with sprayheads designed to adapt to the structure of the plant and the characteristics of the orchard.

    The goal is one:
to control the distribution in order to make the treatment more precise, uniform and efficient.

A technology designed around the vegetation

The air as a distribution element.

In fruit crops, vegetation can have complex structures, dense canopies and different levels of development. To achieve homogeneous treatment, it is therefore essential to control the direction and intensity of the airflow that carries the droplets towards the plant.

CIMA pneumatic system uses air as a carrier to direct the treatment towards the vegetation and promote penetration into the canopy.

The configuration of the diffusers and the direction of the airflow are defined according to the characteristics of the crop, with the aim of distributing the product where it is actually needed.

    CIMA low volume pneumatic

Less water, more control over distribution.

Low Volume Pneumatic technology is one of the distinctive elements of CIMA technology.

The combination of air and product makes it possible to work with contained spray volumes, while maintaining control over distribution and vegetation coverage.

This approach allows water, working time and resources to be optimized, adapting the treatment to the actual needs of the crop.

It is not simply about distributing less: it is about distributing in a more controlled way.

The Efficiency of the CIMA Double Olive Sprayhead

The CIMA Double Olive Sprayhead is a solution designed to optimize the efficiency of treatments on tree crops, promoting uniform and controlled product distribution over the vegetation.

The Low Volume Pneumatic technology makes it possible to manage the airflow and direct the treatment towards the canopy, promoting penetration even into the inner parts of the vegetation.

The configuration of the sparyhead allows the treatment to be adapted to the characteristics of the crop, the structure of the plants and the different operating conditions of the orchard.

    1. Effective treatment: designed to promote uniform product distribution over the vegetation and good penetration inside the canopy.
    2. Adaptability: the CIMA Double Olive Sprayhead can be configured according to the characteristics of the crop, training system, vegetation density and planting layout.
    3. Operational efficiency: the specific configuration of the sprayhead allows several plants to be treated simultaneously, optimizing treatment times and the machine's operating capacity.
    4. Resource optimization: Low Volume Pneumatic technology allows the machine to operate with contained spray volumes, contributing to a more rational use of water and product.
    5. Precision in distribution: airflow management and diffuser orientation allow the treatment to be directed according to the structure of the vegetation.
    6. Versatility: although it retains the name Double Olive Sprayhead, the solution can be used and configured to meet the requirements of different tree and fruit crops.

    Precision across the entire canopy

From the outer edge to the inner part of the vegetation

One of the main challenges when treating tree crops is achieving uniform distribution even within the canopy.

CIMA pneumatic technology is designed to manage the airflow and direct the treatment into the vegetation, promoting greater penetration into areas that are more difficult to reach with a purely external distribution.

Airflow control therefore becomes an integral part of treatment quality.

    Efficiency that comes from design

A professional solution for fruit treatment must ensure not only distribution quality, but also efficiency during operation.

CIMA sprayheads are designed to enable fast and precise treatment, reducing waste and optimizing the use of resources.

The technology is developed by considering the entire process: from airflow generation to its direction, from distribution over the vegetation to spray volume management.

It is this approach that allows technology to become a practical tool for everyday work.

A CIMA solution for every requirement

Technical expertise at the service of the orchard

CIMA designs and configures its solutions starting from the characteristics of the crop and the user's requirements.

Stone fruit, nuts and other tree crops may require different configurations: the technical solution is defined according to the plant, the training system and the working conditions.

The experience gained in developing Low Volume Pneumatic sprayers allows CIMA to address these requirements through an approach based on design and expertise in distribution.

    Precision is not an option

It is the result of technology

For CIMA, improving a treatment means first and foremost controlling what happens during distribution.

Air, volume, airflow direction, sprayhead configuration and vegetation characteristics are elements that must work together.

It is from this integration that a solution capable of delivering precision, uniformity and efficiency is created, putting technology at the service of the result.
